SHIPPING POLICY


ORDER PROCESSING
The standard processing time is 1 to 3 business days. No handling on weekends or on major holidays. Any orders placed during those days will continue processing the following business day. If we are unable to fill your order complete, as ordered, we will contact you with alternative options before shipping. We reserve the right to cancel and refund an order or any portion of an order placed.

FREE DOMESTIC SHIPPING ON ORDERS OVER $75!
Orders of $75 or more after any discounts and before any applicable taxes qualifies for free domestic shipping via United States Postal Service (USPS).

USPS (UNITED STATES POSTAL SERVICE) PRIORITY MAIL SHIPPING ON ALL ORDERS UNDER $75

All orders under $75 will be shipped USPS Priority Mail at the following flat rate cost:

Contiguous United States (typically 2-4 business days) – $9.95 per order

AK, HI, PR, and other US Territories (typically 4-14 business days) - $14.95 per an order

Due to the high volume of packages that USPS receives, please keep in mind that tracking information may not be updated for prolonged periods of time. Tracking information may not be updated until your package has reached your local USPS sorting facility. While USPS offers reliable and expedient service, errors and delays may occur. Errors and delays caused by or, as a result, of USPS are not the responsibility of Litty Up! and must be resolved by contacting USPS directly (see contact information below).

ORDER TRACKING
Litty Up! strives to process orders expeditiously and does not and cannot guarantee transit and delivery dates. Tracking information will be sent to the email address placed in the order so be sure the correct email address is provided in your order.


UNDELIVERED OR LOST PACKAGES
Undelivered or lost packages are not the responsibility of Litty Up! and any issues resulting from packages not received must be resolved by the customer with shipping carrier. Please be aware that erroneous and incomplete address submissions inputted by the customer will cause returns, delays, and other issues that will impact the successful shipping of your package. Litty Up! is not responsible for all costs associated with erroneous and incorrect address submissions entered by the customer.

If either customer or shipping carrier refused the package for any reasons, there will be a 20% return processing fee along with shipping charge being non-refundable.


DELIVERY TO SHIPPING FORWARDERS
We guarantee our products to be new and undamaged when you receive them, but for customers choosing to ship their order to a mail or freight forwarding service our guarantee only applies to safe undamaged delivery to the forwarding service’s US address. Because these services typically repackage our products, we cannot be held responsible for damages, missing items, and/or other issues that occur after initial delivery. Once the order has arrived safely at the shipping address provided on your order, Litty Up! is no longer responsible for the delivery of and/or condition of the order, including but not limited to issues with loss, missing items, customs seizure, damages, and breakage, etc.


ORDER DISCREPANCIES
If any part of your order is incorrect you must email us at orders@littydeltacbd.com within 24 hours of the delivery of the package. Once your claim has been submitted, reviewed, and approved, we will assist you with resolving this matter.


ORDER CANCELLATION AND CHANGES
Litty Up! strives to provide the most expedient service to our customers. Once an order has been placed, we cannot guarantee that it can be altered, changed, or canceled upon your request. Please email our Customer Service Team at orders@littydeltacbd.com immediately if you wish to make a change to your order.

Shipping charges are non-refundable. Refunds are only applied to items that are returned in new unopened condition. If the return of your package incurred any type of return fees, those charges will be deducted from your refund for the returned items.

We consistently scan our website for any possible errors. However, an occasional error may occur in descriptions or pictures. Also, manufacturers might update information we are unaware of and have not had the opportunity to update. We reserve the right to correct inaccurate information and are not responsible for any errors such as typographical.
